My 19 year old grandson came to live me recently, and soon after, his old prosthetic cracked. OPCA was the first place I called to try to get him in, and Emily was able to see us quickly to start working on a new one. As an onlooker, I was impressed with her attention to detail and thoroughness---but what really impressed me was how impressed my grandson was. He said he had never had anyone be so attentive. Previously, he's gone in for measuring and then again to pick it up, no allowance for adjustments in between, and no follow up. He was very happy that Emily took her time with him, listened to his concerns, and made sure it was just right. He's a pretty quiet and reserved kid, so for him to say he has had a really good experience, that means something. Thank you, Emily. You and your staff are top-notch. Anthony and I appreciate you.
